Whats cooking Wednesday!


Well lets see lol...I'm gonna pick
Homestyle Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients:
1 or 2 packs of the thinly sliced chicken breasts
1 Jar of tomatoe sauce
1 cup of italian breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill up a frying pan, large pan, with oil. Put burner on med heat wait for oil to get hot. Dip your chicken into the egg and then breadcrumbs then put in frying pan. Make sure the chicken gets as brown as you like. Put chicken into a glass rectangle backing pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Put in over for 5 min then cover with Italian sprinkle cheese. Put back in over for about 15 min. Take out and cool a little.
I love my chicken this way and its easy.
